Georgie West lives in Invermere. She is a retired teacher and has been a trained & certified Bat Ambassador for the Kootenay Community Bat Program since 2014. She greatly appreciates working alongside bat biologists late in the evenings and assisting with research. She is also responsible for 4 local bat count locations in the Columbia Valley.
