Kristin Whitlow is a mom of 2 teens. In 2022, they moved from rural Alberta to Invermere, which has been a lifelong dream come true. She grew up working at youth camps near Sundre and Rocky Mountain House, AB. With a wide array of creative professional experience, she is well-versed in mediums from home design/construction & decor to hair design, floristry and gardening. Kristin also has education and experience in trauma, addiction, mental health & youth work. Through OCC & Outward Bound Canada, she is actively pursuing her goals of creating accessible programming for youth outdoors. Currently, Kristin works and volunteers with Wildsight Invermere, DTSS Climate Club, Summit Youth Centre, Columbia Valley Youth Network and Groundswell Network Society.
