Reno Sommerhalder, originally from Switzerland, has lived in the Canadian Rockies for the past 35 years. Reno has committed his life to helping conserve brown and grizzly bears through documentary films, guided adventures, books and presentations. He has worked and studied bears amongst the densest populations in Russia, Alaska, Canada and Europa for more than three decades.
